2026 Winter Classes
Location: Liebe Street Studio, SE Portland
Date: January and February, 2026
Cone 6 Glaze Science for Ceramic Art. Deep winter is a great time to meet with others to hash out glaze dreams and questions for the coming year(s). Use glaze software - together with hands on material testing and firing to build your glaze vocabulary and competency. We'll explore and experience clay and glaze fit, glaze problems, material substitutions and updates, firing ramps and cycles and share data.
Eight weeks, Saturday mornings, 9:30 -12:30: January 10th - February 28th. $400.00 with glaze materials and firings included.
You'll need a computer and a cone 6 clay body for tests.
